The Story

Launched in the 1980s, Arcade Group&Co specializes in development projects in various countries in the Middle East and Europe. The family-led office invests in various industries; from construction and real estate to education and energy. With development being its prime emphasis, Arcade developed and invested in more than 30 projects in Lebanon, Qatar, Tunisia, France, and the United Kingdom. The group sold more than 150 residential units in the last 20 years, and developed educational and healthcare buildings as well as boutique hotels and other hospitality developments in those regions.

Today, the group has diversified its portfolio focus to new ventures such as education and energy by investing in universities and recycling factories, and has formed many partnerships in those two industries such as the Universitée Libano – Francaise, and the Alphakat and Glorin groups for renewable energies.
